In the Telekom Forum in Bonn, we were able to support the TMTM 2023 - the Top Management Meeting of Deutsche Telekom AG - with the trades sound, lighting and rigging.

There were many challenges at this high-level meeting, starting with the management of the radio frequencies, the implementation of the demanding lighting concept, which provided a separate lighting mood for each scene, optimal sound reinforcement of the specified seating concept and, last but not least, the meticulous compliance with safety specifications.

In addition to preset lighting programs, an auto-tracking system was also used, which permanently followed the respective speaker and always put him in the perfect light. Of course, special attention was paid to the greatest possible reliability of the technology brought in.

After setting up the technical setup and various rehearsals, our team worked tirelessly on site for two days to contribute to the success of this event!
