Under the motto "international, interdisciplinary, interactive", the second TPAO Congress took place as a hybrid event at the Dorint Hotel "An der Messe Köln".
Participants could expect - on site or online via live stream - concentrated expertise and the latest findings on digital treatment planning in orthodontics. The congress also provided a perfect setting to gain insights into new and established products and to engage in personal exchanges with suppliers.
For the stage setup, our team installed a 19 x 4.5 m fully printed stage backdrop and two 5 m wide full HD LED walls. A total of 92 lamps provided optimal studio lighting on stage and atmospheric lighting in the audience area.
With two camera units, we captured the congress for streaming and recording and processed lectures and interpreting technology in our data control room.
In addition, we programmed a landing page for online participants with a bilingual live stream, download section and media library of all lectures.
After a perfectly timed night set-up, nothing stood in the way of two successful event days!
