Together. Fair. Global. Sustainable. - This was the motto of the 15th Federal Conference on Local Development Policy, which took place as a digital event at the World Conference Center Bonn.
In the run-up to the event, the organizers of Engagement Global (Service for Development Initiatives) were faced with the usual questions: How many guests will be on site, and how many will participate online? Will all invited speakers really arrive?
As a technology partner of Bonn CC Management GmbH, we have developed a flexible solution for stage and media technology as an answer: The LED wall in the background of the stages can be freely played with content: Presentations for guests in the hall, backgrounds for the online transmission or image areas for speakers who are connected. Even without the planned guests, the stage excelled in this studio-only production!
Our team provided a complete service from stage design to production management and technical implementation including cameras and streaming technology! According to the designs of Valentum Kommunikation GmbH, our motion designers created the animations for the LED wall. An onboarding service for connected speakers ensured security and a relaxed broadcasting process.
Over three days, more than 800 participants from all over Germany followed the livestream with exciting lectures and panel discussions, used the chat and question options of the virtual event platform and got involved in the more than 30 interactive workshops!
