On behalf of the European financial services provider OVB Vermögensberatung, we were commissioned by Vipp Emotionsmarketing to handle the technical planning and implementation of a major employee event. Around 250 people took part in the evening event at Motorworld Cologne | Rhineland, which included a networking area, gala dinner, awards ceremony and live music.
Our on-site technical crew provided an impressive stage setup, took care of the optimal sound system and created an atmospheric show lighting concept, from the exclusive chandelier to the more than 100 moving lights. A total of 2 trailer loads of equipment were installed!
For recording and transmission, we were also in action with two wireless cameras - further, unusual snapshots of stage and audience were provided by our proven Steady-Cam team.
A special eye-catcher were the eight Airformance Design light arcs that flanked our large LED wall on stage left and right. Covered with a light-absorbing fabric, they provided additional, spectacular lighting effects!
